Paving on the Central Coast

Natural stone and pavers for paths, entries, pool areas and level hardstands.

Paving that stays level

Paving jobs range from limestone around pools to sandstone paths, stepping stones and entries.

One client needed a level home for their caravan. The new pad keeps the van level, where before it was sinking into the grass.

On a Cooranbong job in October 2026, the stone was dry fitted and cut to shape before laying, for a layout without straight lines.

What clients say about Ken and the team

Sandstone paving beside the pool

If you want an OK job at an OK price look elsewhere. If you want a great job look to Coastline Hardscapes. Ken is a master artisan craftsman who takes pride in his trade. Ours was a sandstone paving job adjacent to a swimming pool with very tricky surface and sub-surface drainage issues. Ken sorted it brilliantly and delivered an outstanding result that we could not be more pleased with. If you find you have to wait a little while for him to take on your job, be patient, it’s worth the wait.

Caravan pad, front yard

We needed a new home for the caravan and sought ideas and quotes from many suppliers here on the Central Coast. You really do get what you pay for, hence a huge thanks to Ken and his team at Coastline Hardscapes, you’ve transformed the front yard. You are true craftsmen and the quality and vision of the job was awesome. All the neighbours were impressed too. The van looks right at home now, nice and level and not sinking into the grass that was there before. @coastlinehardscapes

Sloping block, front and back yard

We honestly cannot recommend Coastline Hardscapes highly enough.

When we moved into our new build, we were left with a completely blank canvas, a challenging side-sloping block with no idea where to start. We knew we wanted to create something special, but we didn’t have the vision or knowledge to know how to make the space work. Ken came in, understood exactly what we were trying to achieve, and brought that vision to life. He has transformed our front and backyard into spaces that are not only beautiful but genuinely functional and enjoyable to use.

Stone fireplace wall

I recently had my very bland fireplace refreshed by Coastline Hardscapes & I couldn’t be happier. Brie helped me thru the planning process with stone suggestions, tolerated my flip flopping between grout vs no grout and kept in touch re timeframes. Ken is a pleasure he deal with while the job is getting done & Ryder is a whizz with an eye to detail. The overall job took a week while they pulled off the old wall, reset it, and stacked the stone perfectly! It’s topped off with a hardwood shelf that looks fab - I just need to workout what to oil/varnish it with.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ken for any work you have in mind.

What paving can include

  • Natural stone and pavers. Sandstone, limestone and other pavers, chosen to suit the house.
  • Paths and stepping stones. Paths, steppers and entries, with steel edging where it suits.
  • Hardstands. Level pads for caravans and vehicles.
  • Quotes. Paving is quoted once Ken has seen the area and what's under it, so the price covers the base as well as the stone.

Paving questions

Got a different question? Give Ken a call.

Can you build a caravan pad?

Yes. One client's caravan pad replaced grass the van had been sinking into. Call Ken to talk about your site.

How much does paving cost?

The stone, the size of the area and what's underneath all change the price, so paving is quoted after Ken has seen the site.
